I couldn't believe the value we got for our money at Marsh Farm Villa! The room was fantastic, complete with a fridge and TV, and the added bonus of having control over the room heater was great. Plus, the location was perfect, within walking distance to all the shops, pubs, and restaurants in the village. The staff treated us like family and couldn't do enough for us.
The only suggestion I have for the breakfast selection would be to consider adding a wider variety of options.

Our stay at Marsh Farm was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest welcome from Suzanne. The room we stayed in had beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, and it was so peaceful and quiet. The breakfast that Suzanne prepared for us was outstanding, with fresh eggs from the farm. We loved the friendly dogs, especially Kevin and Pearl, who made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the room had all the amenities we needed, including free WiFi. The bi folding doors in our room opened up onto a patio, which was a lovely touch. It truly felt like a home away from home. We cannot wait to return to Marsh Farm soon.
There was honestly nothing that we disliked about our stay. It was absolutely perfect in every way.

The cabin was clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable. The cabin had all the necessary amenities, like books, cutlery, and plates, which made our stay convenient. The host was friendly and sociable, making us feel relaxed and at home. the breakfast was delicious, especially the free-range eggs.
One of the dogs on the farm seemed a bit unruly and was constantly barking, which was a bit annoying at times. the location was a bit remote, making it difficult to access nearby attractions without a car.

Lovely surroundings and great views from the room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a charming village with shops and restaurants. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of delicious food to enjoy.
The room was not what we expected, being in a wooden shed-like building in the garden. The bathroom was tiny and the water tap was so small that it was difficult to fill the kettle.

The warm and friendly welcome from the owner made us feel immediately at ease. the family room inside the farmhouse was clean and comfortable, and we loved looking out the window and watching the sunrise over the beautiful fields. the modern bathroom was a nice touch, and having a fridge in the room was very convenient. the location of the hotel was perfect, with pubs, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance in the village.
It was a bit difficult to find the hotel as the road signs disappeared before reaching the accommodation. following our instincts and taking a chance on a turning led us in the right direction.

I had the most fabulous stay at Marsh Farm Villa! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and felt right at home. The indoor family room was beautifully decorated and the en-suite bathroom was luxurious with a double-ended bath and a refreshing shower. The owners truly went above and beyond by providing a fridge stocked with fresh milk - such a thoughtful touch! The outdoor room had a microwave and another fridge, making it even more convenient. Both rooms had comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The location of this hotel was perfect, with beautiful views of open fields and a vibrant working farm atmosphere. The breakfast served was cooked to perfection, and the room was in great condition with a nearly new ensuite bathroom. The host was amazing, really friendly, and ensured that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
It would have been nice to see some Christmas lights or a Christmas tree to create a more festive ambiance. I felt that the room could have been better equipped with amenities such as a mini-fridge or a kettle for hot drinks.

The breakfast selection could be improved, with more attention to detail in terms of the cooking and presentation.
